You’ll have access to tools, knowledge, and opportunities to advance, taking on the following responsibilities: What will your role be in this purpose? * Execute payroll processes—including onboarding, leave management, termination, payroll inputs, and ancillary compliance obligations—adhering to each client’s agreed delivery schedule. Why you? * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Human Resources; * Hands-on experience processing payroll; * Experience calculating payroll, onboarding, leave management, termination, 13th salary, leave accruals, wage adjustments, payroll accounting, terminations, and benefits; familiarity with E\-Social and social contributions; * Knowledge of labor and social security legislation; * Experience with the Protheus system; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); * Familiarity with Excel and complex formulas; * Willingness to travel occasionally.
