




Job Summary: A payroll professional responsible for processing and verifying the monthly payroll, calculating labor charges, managing hires and terminations, and ensuring compliance with legislation. Benefits administration and employee support **Key Responsibilities:** * Process and verify the monthly **payroll** (salaries, pro-labore, freelancers, and interns). * Calculate labor charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF). * Perform hiring, termination, and severance procedures. * Calculate vacation pay, 13th salary, and other labor-related payments. * Issue and verify payment slips (FGTS, INSS, DARF, eSocial). * Ensure accurate information submission to **eSocial**. * Manage and administer benefits (transportation allowance, meal allowance, health insurance, among others). * Provide employee support to clarify payroll- and labor-charge-related questions. * Support internal and external audits. * Ensure compliance with current labor and social security legislation, in accordance with the **CLT**. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields. * Proven experience in payroll processing and accounting. * Knowledge of labor and social security legislation. * Experience with payroll systems (e.g., TOTVS, Domínio, Senior, among others). * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience handling large employee volumes. * Knowledge of ancillary obligations (DIRF, RAIS, SEFIP, DCTFWeb). * Experience in payroll system implementation. **Benefits**: Dental care, medical assistance, meal voucher (R$31.79\), life insurance, childcare allowance, transportation allowance or parking, Total Pass.
