Diagnose people, leadership, and process development needs, proposing solutions that foster high performance. Support leadership development through training, performance coaching, and continuous feedback. Lead training and capacity-building programs, evaluating effectiveness and impact on organizational outcomes. Monitor and strengthen organizational culture through engagement, climate, and belonging initiatives. Conduct organizational climate surveys, analyzing indicators and defining action plans for continuous improvement. Track performance, engagement, and turnover indicators to support strategic decision-making. Act as a bridge between employees and leadership, translating human needs into business-aligned solutions. Lead recruitment and selection processes—from profile alignment through interviews, hiring closure, and onboarding. Plan and execute integration programs (onboarding), focusing on adaptation, engagement, and productivity. Support talent management, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
