Position: Operational Assistant II
Department: Exchange Center
Workload: 125 hours per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 12:00 p.m. to 5:15 p.m., with a 15-minute break
Job Description:
\- Present international opportunities to the general public through in-person, virtual, and social media interactions;
\- Advise national and international students regarding the International Mobility Program process and application procedures with international partner institutions;
\- Monitor UNAERP students during their mobility period at international partner institutions;
\- Administer the TOEFL iBT test, occasionally on Saturdays, following specific training provided as needed, subject to interest and availability;
\- Participate in meetings with Brazilian and foreign institutions to discuss potential partnerships and opportunities related to internationalization;
\- Maintain records of interactions, document archives, and ensure good organization of various materials (digital and printed);
\- Manage and update the Exchange Center’s social media accounts;
\- Review versions and translations of documents in English and Spanish upon request;
\- Assist in organizing and executing internal departmental events, paying attention to necessary operational requirements;
\- Support supervision and colleagues in external department-related activities, such as partner schools, associations, and external projects, focusing on documentation, spreadsheets, organization, and secretarial duties.

Requirements:
\- Currently enrolled in or having completed a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations or Business Administration;
\- Proficiency in English (intermediate to advanced);
\- Strong writing and communication skills, with willingness to deliver presentations about the department and related topics;
\- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
\- Willingness to travel occasionally;
\- Availability to work on weekends when required;
\- Knowledge of additional languages and prior experience in exchange programs are considered advantageous.
Employment Type: Part-time, CLT permanent contract
Compensation: R$1\.590,25 \- R$1\.900,00 per month
Expected Workload: 25 hours per week
