(Recruitment process until 10/05/25\). **Main Responsibilities:** * Creating and updating control spreadsheets and preparing reports; * Receiving, sending, and organizing documents; * Providing support to Human Resources and Finance departments; * Organizing accounts payable/receivable; * Issuing invoices and payment slips; * Handling telephone support (clients/suppliers); * Managing office supply inventory; * Quoting products. **Prerequisites:** * Must reside in Ribeirão Preto; * Completed high school education (mandatory); * Basic computer literacy (mandatory); * Prior experience in this field is a plus. **Skills:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Internet); * Organized and dynamic; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Strong communication skills. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday — 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Salary:** * To be negotiated. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * 13th-month salary; * Paid vacation.
