Development and delivery of educational initiatives and operational training ### **JOB OPENING: OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY TECHNICIAN** We are seeking an **Occupational Safety Technician** to join our team and strategically promote health, safety, and quality of life in the workplace. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop, participate in developing, and implement **Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)** policies; * Conduct audits, monitoring, and assessments in the OHS area; * Identify and control variables related to **occupational diseases, accidents, quality of life, and the environment**; * Develop and deliver **educational initiatives and operational training** on occupational health and safety; * Participate in **expert examinations and inspections**, and engage in negotiation processes; * Support the adoption of **new technologies and work processes**; * Manage **OHS documentation** (PPRA, PGR, PCMSO, among others); * Investigate and analyze accidents and recommend **preventive and control measures**. **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Course in **Occupational Safety**; * Active registration with the **Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE)**; * Knowledge of **Normative Rules (NRs)** and current legislation; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Prior experience in the field is a plus; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactive attitude.
