Opportunity to join a strong technical team **OPEN POSITION – NETWORK ANALYST** We are looking for a **Network Analyst** to strengthen our IT team! If you enjoy technical challenges, telecom environments, and want to grow professionally, this opportunity is for you. ? **Your Responsibilities** You will provide support, operate, and evolve the telecom network infrastructure of an ISP, ensuring service availability and optimal performance. You will also assist the IT Coordinator in technical environment management. **Main Responsibilities:** ✔ Support for ISP networks and corporate networks ✔ Configuration and administration of switches, routers, and firewalls ✔ Working with protocols such as BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLAN, PPPoE, IPv4/IPv6 ✔ Monitoring of critical environments (NOC and premium customers) ✔ Advanced network troubleshooting ✔ Support for expansion and improvement projects ✔ Implementation and maintenance of corporate Wi\-Fi networks ✔ Documentation of topologies, procedures, and changes ✔ On-call duty rotation (when applicable) ? **Technical Knowledge Required** ? TCP/IP, switching, and routing (L2/L3) ? VLANs, Trunk, Tagged/Untagged ? QoS, STP, LACP, Load Balance, and Failover ? Firewalls, NAT, ACLs, and network security ? VPN (IPSec/SSL is a plus) ? Monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG or similar) ? Corporate Wi\-Fi and high-density environments ? **Preferred Qualifications:** FTTX (GPON/EPON/XGSPON), OLT/ONU/ONT, backbone, links, and BGP. ? **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Proactive and responsible * Leadership mindset * Strong technical and interpersonal communication skills * Organized with attention to documentation * Ability to work under pressure * Analytical and collaborative mindset ? **Education and Certifications (Preferred)** * Bachelor’s degree in technology * Minimum 6 months of prior experience * Preferred certifications include **CCNA, MTCNA, HCIA/HCNA, JCNA, Ubiquiti**, among others * Courses in networking, Wi\-Fi, security, Routing & Switching * VMware and ITIL are advantages If you want to join a strong technical team with room to learn and grow, come with us! ❤️
