**OPEN POSITION: MONITORING OPERATOR** HERC Eletrônica is seeking a committed, responsible, and detail-oriented Monitoring Operator, preferably with experience in the field. **Responsibilities:** Monitor alarm, CCTV, and tracking systems; Identify, register, and report incidents according to internal procedures; Respond to and dispatch field teams or authorities when necessary; Maintain up-to-date reports on monitored events and activities; Ensure proper functioning of equipment and systems under your responsibility; Guarantee compliance with safety standards and information confidentiality. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Previous experience as a monitoring operator, monitoring security guard, or in similar roles is desirable; Basic computer skills and familiarity with monitoring systems; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Ability to concentrate, pay attention, and work under pressure; Availability to work rotating shifts, preferably night shifts.
