The Monitoring Assistant will be responsible for asset monitoring of facilities using CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television) systems and other monitoring technologies. Their role will be fundamental in ensuring facility security and preventing any incidents that could compromise equipment integrity. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct real-time monitoring by analyzing CCTV system monitors to identify potential incidents, intrusions, accidents, fires, or other abnormal situations occurring on-site; * Perform analysis and assessment of surveillance camera footage to distinguish normal events from risk or emergency situations, initiating appropriate procedures as needed; * Adhere to security protocols, reporting incidents promptly and communicating with stakeholders or competent security authorities regarding any occurrence or suspicious activity; * Monitor facility alarm systems and execute appropriate actions upon alarm activation; * Conduct periodic inspections of CCTV devices and other monitoring technologies to ensure proper functionality, reporting maintenance needs to the technical team; * Prepare/complete daily reports documenting all activities, incidents, and measures taken during the work shift, maintaining a complete operational history; * Ensure compliance with applicable laws, safety regulations, and established operational procedures, guaranteeing the smooth operation of photovoltaic plants and safeguarding assets. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We expect you to have:** * Completed High School education; * Intermediate computer skills; * Basic Word and Excel proficiency; * Availability to work rotating shifts: willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, ensuring 24/7 facility monitoring coverage; * Professional experience as a Monitoring Operator, CCTV Operator, Asset Security Guard, or related roles. **It would be a plus if you have:** * Technical English; * Asset Security Guard certification; * CCTV Operator certification; * Training in electrical fields. **Additional Information** **What to expect from this experience?** * Competitive market-based remuneration; * Flexible card for meal or food allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Birthday day off; * Life insurance; * Flexible working hours; * Gympass and Totalpass; * Partnerships with SESI and SENAI; * Childcare assistance; * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Professional development opportunities; * Pet-friendly office; * Relaxed work environment. **Join the Brasol team!** We grow together because we think and work toward shared success.
