




**Job Opening: Mid-Level ERP Implementation Analyst** **Work Location:** On-site in Itápolis, SP – with availability for travel and remote support. **Employment Type:** CLT We are a software company providing a comprehensive ERP solution focused on management and results, having supported businesses for 16 years in structuring financial and tax operations, income statements (DRE), automation, and intelligent integrations. **Job Summary:** This person will be responsible for leading the full ERP implementation lifecycle—from business process mapping through Go-Live. The focus is not solely on technical configuration, but rather on delivering **consultative value**, helping clients organize their financial management and ensure tax compliance. This role requires a blend of strategic business vision, financial expertise, and IT technical skills—and a genuine passion for teaching. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Business Process Mapping:** Identify operational bottlenecks within the client’s environment and design optimal ERP usage to resolve them. * **Tax and Financial Configuration:** Configure taxation rules (ICMS, ST, IPI, PIS/COFINS) and financial workflows (DRE, Cash Flow, Cost Centers). * **Consultative Training:** Train key users and managers, ensuring they understand the "why" behind each process—not just the "where to click." * **Project Management:** Monitor implementation schedules (both on-site and remote), ensuring adherence to deadlines and scope control. * **Data Migration:** Coordinate and validate data import from legacy systems (customers, products, inventory balances, and financial balances). * **Go-Live Support:** Provide strategic support during the client’s first days of live system operation, ensuring stability. * **Technical Documentation:** Produce meeting minutes, stage acceptance documents, and customized process manuals tailored to the client. **Desired Qualifications:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, IT, or related fields. * **Experience:** Prior experience as an ERP implementer or consultant at Mid-Level or Senior level. * **Consultative Mindset:** Ability to diagnose problems and propose management improvements—going beyond simple software installation. * **Resilience and Negotiation Skills:** Ability to manage user resistance to change and align expectations of business owners. **Preferred Differentiators:** * **Technical Knowledge:** Familiarity with SQL for database queries and understanding of API-based integrations. * **Mobility:** Valid driver’s license (CNH) and willingness to travel for on-site implementations. * **Specialization:** Experience implementing ERP solutions in specific sectors (e.g., Manufacturing, Retail, or Services). * **Business Rule Expertise:** Solid knowledge of financial management (cash vs. accrual basis) and tax legislation (NF-e, NFC-e, SPED). **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance or travel expense reimbursement. * Meal Voucher. * Health and Dental Insurance. * Life Insurance. * Childcare Assistance. * Commission Plan based on implementation goals and customer satisfaction (NPS).
