We are looking for a **Mid-Level DevOps Engineer** to join our team in a fully remote work model. The candidate will work on strategic projects, ensuring infrastructure stability and pipeline automation with a focus on GCP, Terraform, and Azure DevOps, plus occasional involvement with AWS. Responsibilities include maintaining and supporting the infrastructure environment across projects, as well as implementing and integrating reliable, scalable solutions aligned with team needs. **Responsibilities** * Develop, administer, and enhance **CI/CD** pipelines in **Azure DevOps.** * Design, provision, and maintain infrastructure on **GCP** using **Terraform**, ensuring compatibility and integration with the existing ecosystem. * Analyze and implement solutions using **Terraform**, including integrations with systems. * Ensure **development and production** environments remain stable, available, and ready to scale. * Monitor environment health, performing monitoring, security controls, and operational best practices. * Collaborate with engineering teams to automate routines, accelerate deliveries, and improve workflow efficiency. * Maintain records and documentation of processes, architectures, and adopted standards. * Suggest and implement continuous improvements to **DevOps** architecture and practices, enhancing operational efficiency. ### **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory: * Solid experience with **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)**, including creation, configuration, and maintenance of resources. * Strong knowledge of **Terraform** for infrastructure automation and management. * Practical experience building and administering **pipelines in Azure DevOps.** * Familiarity with **monitoring** and applying **security** best practices in cloud environments. * Ability to resolve complex technical incidents and challenges in production. * Knowledge of **AWS** is a plus. * Collaborative mindset to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. * Experience with **legacy environments** and initiatives for infrastructure **evolution/modernization.** Desirable: * Experience integrating and maintaining tools such as **GCAP.** * Certifications in **GCP**, **Terraform**, or related **DevOps** areas. ### **What We Offer** * High-quality work equipment to help you perform your tasks with excellence; * A birthday day off each year, to celebrate however you prefer; * Education incentives, including partnerships with higher education and language institutions; * The Growdev learning platform, featuring practical, market-aligned technology content. ### **Why Join Growdev?** At Growdev, our culture is built on continuous learning, collaboration, and mutual respect.
