Develop, implement, and maintain internal and external systems. 2. Perform integrations between systems. 3. Audit and monitor system performance, proposing continuous improvements. 4. Provide technical support to users (installations, configurations, troubleshooting, service tickets). 5. Receive requests via support channels and deliver solutions. 6. Assist in documenting software development and maintenance processes. 7. Collaborate with the IT team to understand requirements and implement technological solutions. 8. Participate in unit and integration testing to ensure application quality and stability. 9. Monitor system updates and support user acceptance testing (UAT). 10. Support the information security team in access control and permission management. 11. Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose system improvements. 12.
