If you enjoy transforming creative ideas into digital solutions, pay close attention to performance, user experience, and code quality, this position is for you. **Your Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain websites, landing pages, microsites, marketing emails, and other digital solutions; * Collaborate with designers and copywriters to bring interfaces and interactions—designed for projects—to life; * Ensure project performance, responsiveness, and compatibility across various devices and browsers; * Contribute technical solutions to improve internal processes and user experiences; * Conduct testing and fine-tuning prior to delivery; * Collaborate with content, design, planning, and media teams. **Technical Responsibilities:** * Build WordPress themes from scratch (or child themes), creating Custom Post Types (CPTs), taxonomies, fields, and admin panels using ACF; * Implement responsive and accessible interfaces based on Figma designs, with attention to visual fidelity, micro-interactions, and states; * Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs (consumption and front-end data mapping), creating endpoints when necessary; * Ensure performance (Core Web Vitals), security, and basic technical SEO in deliverables; * Maintain Git workflow (branches, PRs, code review) and NPM/CI automations; * Configure environments (staging/production), deployment, and troubleshooting on common hosting platforms. **Proven Experience:** * Advanced WordPress: template hierarchy, Loop/WP_Query, Hooks/Filters, Shortcodes, Template Tags, WP-REST API, Internationalization (i18n/l10n); * ACF Pro (mandatory): Repeater, Flexible Content, Options Page, Relationship; best practices (Local JSON); * PHP focused on WordPress: sanitization/escaping, Nonces, Roles/Capabilities, $wpdb->prepare; * Front-end: HTML5, CSS3 (BEM architecture or equivalent), Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS; JavaScript ES6+ and jQuery for interactions and AJAX; * Accessibility: familiarity with WCAG 2.1/APCA, keyboard navigation, semantic structure, and contrast ratios; * Web performance: image optimization (WebP/AVIF), lazy loading, minification/concatenation, preloading, CSS purging, Core Web Vitals (LCP/CLS/INP); * Security: WordPress hardening, user policies, basic HTTP headers, prevention of XSS/CSRF/SQLi in customizations; * Hosting and domains: DNS/Nameservers, SSL/HTTPS, 301/302 redirects, basic cache/CDN, backup and staging routines; * Version control and build: Git/GitHub (GitFlow, PRs, code review), NPM scripts, bundlers (Vite/Webpack), CI/CD fundamentals (GitHub Actions); * Integrations: consumption of REST and GraphQL (queries/mutations), token-based authentication, webhooks; * Design tools: high-fidelity reading and handoff from Figma; * HTML/CSS/JS in HubSpot for creation/maintenance of LPs in Design Manager; * Clear communication, organization, and autonomy to manage multiple projects. **Interpersonal Skills:** * Organization and attention to detail, maintaining structured project repositories and folders; documenting simple usage procedures for colleagues; * Proactivity in suggesting solutions and improvements; * Ability to estimate effort, propose solutions, and execute deliveries without constant supervision; * Strong communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, reporting development status, questions, or blockers objectively and promptly; * Adaptability to different project types and deadlines; * Curiosity and willingness to learn new languages, frameworks, and tools. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * WooCommerce; technical SEO (sitemaps, schema, OG/Twitter Cards); * Headless WordPress with WPGraphQL + Gatsby/Next.js; * Elementor Pro, JetEngine/Crocoblock (dynamic template creation with ACF); * AWS/Cloudflare (S3/CloudFront, WAF/CDN) and server optimizations; * WP-CLI, Docker/LocalWP; testing (Jest/Playwright) and QA; * Analytics best practices (GTM/GA4) and event tracking.
