Microsoft Productivity Analyst

Description

Responsible for analysis, technical support, implementation, and migration involving Microsoft solutions in services and projects with a higher level of complexity. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Address incidents related to Microsoft messaging, productivity, collaboration, security, EMS, and infrastructure services, in accordance with agreed service levels; * Participate in Microsoft messaging, productivity, collaboration, security, EMS, and infrastructure projects; * Create documentation related to support services and implementation and migration projects; * Provide technical support to Lanlink branches and customers; * Conduct research to identify and resolve incidents and/or problems within their area of responsibility; * Deliver training and capacity-building sessions for analysts within their vertical and for customers; * Perform other tasks related to their area of responsibility; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree (preferably in ICT or postgraduate studies in ICT); * Experience providing IT infrastructure support; * Experience managing highly complex projects; * Technical English proficiency; * Desired certifications: * Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert * Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate * Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate * Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate * Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate * Microsoft Certified: Information Security Administrator Associate **Additional Information** Opportunity available in Fortaleza, Brasília, or Recife. **Our Benefits:** Hapvida, Bradesco, or Unimed health insurance plans (applicable according to region); Hapvida Odonto or Bradesco Dental dental insurance; Meal allowance or food voucher; Life insurance fully covered by Lanlink; Transportation voucher; TotalPass; Pharmacy discount program; University tuition assistance program; Corporate Education Platform; Welcome-to-Parenthood Kit; Moodar Platform. **It’s great to have you here with us—even virtually!
