It takes the imagination and passion of all of us—from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year—to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities. **Job Description** =================== **Responsibilities:** * Conduct training on all BD products—both in-person and digital—for customers in the “Implement” stage of the sales funnel. * Support Business Development Consultants during the “Evaluate and Prove” stage by delivering technical evaluation training for BD products and performing practice diagnostics with procedural/process observation and completion of the Fulcrum App. * Lead workshops, training sessions, and educational activities focused on expanding BD technologies and promoting broader adoption. * Ensure best practices in customer use of products to enhance safety and efficacy. * Host scientific coffee sessions on pre-determined topics for healthcare professionals to foster knowledge generation about BD products and recommendations for best practices. * Proactively identify PICC opportunities in hospitals to ensure appropriate indication and utilization of BD technology. * Fulfill the assigned training schedule across designated client accounts and travel locations by business segment. * Pursue clinical advancement and stay updated on procedures and products to support the development or revision of new training materials. * Identify commercial opportunities during hospital visits to prospect for new business and expand the BD portfolio in every customer interaction. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. * Experience working as a staff nurse or with medical device distributors providing nursing team training on medical devices. * Willingness and ability to travel approximately 75% of the month. * Residency in São Paulo/SP. *“BD values equity in the workplace and prohibits discrimination based on any disability, socioeconomic status, ethnicity, age, religion, gender identity, or sexual orientation.”* **Why Join Us?** ================ To find purpose in the possibilities, we need people who can see the bigger picture, who understand the human story that underpins everything we do.
