




Job Summary: Assist maintenance planners, control materials, issue invoices, manage quotations and requisitions, and support inventory control and maintenance planning. Key Highlights: 1. Learning of management systems such as SAP/Ivalua and Power BI. **Responsibilities:** * Assist maintenance planners in developing KPIs and action plans. * Send and track materials for repair. * Issue invoices; request freight services; request quotations. * Maintain the spreadsheet of items sent for repair up to date. * Follow up on items undergoing repair. * Assist in procurement of items for MAE maintenance. * Request quotations from suppliers for parts, services, and repairs. * Issue purchase requisitions in SAP/Ivalua for parts, services, and repairs. * Assist in controlling and storing items in D54 (area for storing repaired parts). * Prepare overtime hour spreadsheets for weekends and holidays. * Assist in controlling incoming invoices for the department. * Plan preventive/predictive maintenance activities (procure services when necessary). **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Information Technology, or related programs. + Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office proficiency. + Power BI, SQL, Python, and ERP systems are advantageous. **Benefits** * Monthly stipend of R$ 1.800,00, with adjustment starting from the 2nd year of internship; * Profit Sharing Program; Medical insurance; Dental insurance; Access to a professional development platform featuring MEC-recognized courses; Development Program; Annual school supplies allowance; Life insurance; On-site cafeteria; Transportation allowance or company-provided shuttle.
