Guarantee environmental sustainability and timely delivery of components, completing the mission and recognizing the critical importance of our equipment to society. **JOB MISSION** Ensure the efficient and safe operation of the machine during the metal part machining process. Monitor the machining process, regularly verifying the quality of produced parts and making necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with quality standards. Supply the machine with required materials throughout the entire production process. Strictly follow safety procedures, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to machine safety guidelines. * Operate machining machines such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, drilling machines, and others to produce high-precision components according to technical specifications. * Perform basic maintenance on machining machines, including periodic lubrication, ensuring they remain in good working condition and following established safety procedures. * Continuously monitor the machining process, detecting and adjusting production parameters to ensure component quality and precision. * Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and high-quality production. * Strictly adhere to established safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for oneself and colleagues. * Provide suggestions for manufacturing process improvements whenever possible, aiming to increase work efficiency and quality. * Read measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and profile projectors. * Correctly interpret mechanical drawings to perform assigned tasks. * Document part references and maintenance occurrences. * Record production data and enter dimensional results of parts into the system (Protheus). * Track losses and request intervention whenever necessary. * Complete NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), identifying scrapped parts. * Strictly comply with established work instructions. * Request machine adjustment and/or maintenance when needed and accompany maintenance technicians during equipment interventions.
