Job Summary: Responsible for planning, monitoring, and optimizing logistics operations routines, managing inventory and team, and ensuring safety and maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Team development and promotion of safety **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Plan and monitor logistics operations routines (Receiving, Warehousing, Picking, Verification, Billing, Shipping, and Deliveries); * Optimize departmental operations by promoting process review and implementation to ensure greater efficiency and scalability; * Define and monitor departmental performance indicators; * Manage inventory, supervise inventory preparation, and develop strategies to improve process efficiency; * Develop and manage the departmental budget; * Develop the team through daily supervision, training, and feedback; * Promote safety, health, environmental, and quality conditions; * Manage cleaning and maintenance activities for company equipment and facilities; * Support compliance with company policies and guidelines. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Logistics; * Relevant work experience in this role; * Experience with WMS systems. **Benefits:** * Health insurance (optional enrollment); * Meal allowance (SWILE flexible card); * Transportation allowance (SWILE flexible card); * Basic food basket; * Grow Program (internal development).
