If you're looking for a challenging opportunity or a career boost, we'd love to meet you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Experience with transportation management systems; * Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes; * Experience analyzing KPIs (On-Time In-Full, lead time, freight cost per unit, service level); * Knowledge of freight auditing; * Data analysis skills (Advanced Excel, SQL, or BI tools such as Power BI/Tableau); * Experience in cost reduction and continuous improvement projects; * Experience in logistics network planning and route optimization; * Analytical profile with strong problem-solving ability; * Experience in multicultural environments; * Clear communication skills for executive presentations; * Proactivity and ownership mindset; * Project management experience (agile or traditional methodologies); * Experience with automation and process improvement tools (not mandatory, but a plus); **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Administration, preferably Production Engineering; * Fluent English and intermediate Spanish; * Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; * Knowledge of EHS (Safety, Ergonomics, and Environment); * White, Yellow, or Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma or familiarity with such methodologies (Agile, Continuous Improvement); * Advanced Office Suite knowledge, Power BI (dashboard creation), Database fundamentals; familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, and SQL; * Proactivity; * Communication; * Leadership; * Results-oriented; * Customer service orientation; **Additional Information** This position is located in Sumaré-SP (Operation 3M); Candidates must reside in Sumaré and the Campinas region.
