Guide the team; develop the team's routine schedule and timelines; maintain the workplace organized, clean, and safe; receive service requests, detail tasks to be performed, define required resources—including materials and personnel—and establish the time needed to complete the service order; act as a facilitator for occupational health and safety rules and instructions. Request materials when necessary and record their usage; complete service orders by logging working hours and describing services performed; maintain communication with immediate supervisors. Responsible for diluting cleaning products when required and replenishing equipment supplies. Conduct patrol inspections; monitor areas and equipment to ensure maintenance and cleanliness; assist in planning and scheduling services (assessing requirements for resources, materials, and labor); conduct risk analyses for tasks jointly with the safety department; implement programs (5S, training plan, suggestion system, and safety initiatives); ensure proper use of PPE and uniforms.
