In this position, you will play a key role in enhancing our CRM and ERP systems, supporting greater efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. You will collaborate with business leaders to address challenges, define requirements, and ensure projects are delivered with clear roadmaps, use cases, testing strategies, and timelines. **Responsibilities** * Work with stakeholders to gather and assess business requirements, making sure they align with company and project goals * Create comprehensive system documentation, including both functional and non\-functional specifications * Produce detailed use cases, process flows, and wireframes to illustrate system operations and user experiences * Coordinate with development teams to ensure requirements are implemented accurately * Identify risks and obstacles during project planning and suggest actionable solutions * Develop and manage UAT test cases, overseeing user acceptance testing processes * Maintain regular communication with business leaders to keep project objectives and expectations on track * Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and adjust plans as needed * Offer ongoing assistance for system enhancements and upgrades * Prepare and conduct training materials and sessions to empower end\-users * Take on other responsibilities as required to support business initiatives and the scope of this role **Requirements** * At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Salesforce.com administrator, with hands\-on work in Sales and Service Clouds * Minimum one year of experience leading and managing development teams * Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CRM\-related projects * Advanced analytical skills for translating business needs into clear technical documentation * Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and other CRM or ERP systems * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for explaining technical topics to non\-technical audiences * Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously * Knowledge of project management frameworks such as Agile and Scrum, and familiarity with tools like JIRA * Initiative in problem\-solving, with a focus on finding and implementing effective solutions * English language proficiency at B2\+ level or higher, both spoken and written **Nice to have** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university * Salesforce.com Admin certifications such as ADM201 and ADM211 * Business Analysis credentials like CCBA or CBAP * Experience working with Salesforce CPQ and Communities
