Job Summary: The professional will perform laboratory tests, ensure quality control, comply with biosafety standards, and support the technical team, contributing to continuous improvement. Supporting the technical team and contributing to continuous improvement. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a 1-hour lunch break / Saturday, from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Collecting and preparing samples * Performing laboratory tests * Operating equipment * Recording results * Ensuring quality control * Complying with biosafety standards * Organizing materials and supplies * Supporting the technical team * Participating in audits * Updating records * Following technical protocols * Contributing to continuous improvement. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biomedicine, Nursing, or Clinical Analysis * Experience in adult and pediatric sample collection * Familiarity with AMH and Lis Unilab systems is desirable * Basic knowledge of Clinical Pathology and types of laboratory tests * Knowledge of test preparation procedures * Laboratory management systems (LIS/Tasy, Shift, Pixeon, or similar) * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and registration systems) * Basic knowledge of biosafety * Knowledge of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) * Valid Brazilian driver's license class "B" Differentiators: * Prior experience in clinical analysis laboratories or healthcare services * Experience with quality accreditation programs (PALC, ONA, ISO) **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Childcare allowance, Internal benefits, Meal voucher, Transportation voucher
