Prepare management and control reports as requested by the department, ensuring data accuracy and monitoring of volumes, costs, and trends; 2. Input, analyze, and present updated KPIs with a focus on targets, deadlines, and outcomes; 3. Calculate, analyze, and model data to generate or improve departmental KPIs; 4. Participate in developing the KPI handbook; 5. Submit monthly surgical procedure counts by medical specialty, ensuring data accuracy and consistency; 6. Create dashboards and presentations upon request, and maintain existing ones; 7. Maintain ongoing communication with other departments to gather necessary information for work processes; 8. Submit IT service requests and track tickets, focusing on system-related process improvements.
