Investigation of new technologies The **Junior Systems Development Analyst** will be part of the company’s continuous improvement team. Responsibilities include developing, testing, and maintaining systems according to business requirements. **Responsibilities:** * Develop information systems based on collected data, aligned with business rules; * Monitor the system approval process; * Conduct tests and simulations to ensure proper system functionality; * Deploy and validate systems in the production environment; * Guide users on system usage through training sessions and manual creation, as well as providing technical consultation when necessary; * Investigate new technologies to enhance system capabilities. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering; or currently pursuing such a degree; * Technical English for reading and writing code and manuals; * Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks: Python, TypeScript, React, Django, and Tailwind; * Knowledge of PostgreSQL database; * Experience providing support, either remotely or in person; * Familiarity with Docker; * Familiarity with AWS (ECS, RDS, Fargate); * Knowledge of version control (Git); * Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and agent training; * Understanding of logic and best programming practices; * Prior experience in system development is desirable.
