Apply now to our open positions! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Providing Level 1 remote and on-site support to internal company employees, including: * Windows 10/11 and Linux Ubuntu operating systems (formatting, installation, configuration, diagnostics, repair, network adapter configuration, and driver installation); * Office 2010, Office 2019, and Office 365 (installation, configuration, and repair), especially Outlook; * VPN client and antivirus applications; * Internet browsing and webmail (installation, configuration, and repair of major browsers; troubleshooting navigation issues); * Client-side virtualization (VMware Workstation); * Installation and configuration of other internal applications (ERP, Power BI, etc.); * Desktop assembly and maintenance, as well as memory, HDD, and SSD upgrades for notebooks; * Basic printer troubleshooting and repairs, such as paper jams and toner replacement. * Logging and resolving technical support tickets using the tracking tool; * Managing inventory control, issuing and receiving notebooks and other peripherals; * Monitoring networks, systems, websites, servers, and backups—implementing solutions or escalating to responsible parties; * We seek a professional capable of delivering Level 1 support to internal users—both remote and on-site—who can provide agile and appropriate technical assistance for hardware, operating systems, and applications. * The candidate must possess adequate technical knowledge, problem analysis skills, ability to propose and implement solutions, and effective communication skills with diverse user profiles. * The professional will also perform device inventory management, network monitoring, user account administration, and will have opportunities for learning and growth. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Strong knowledge of:** * Windows 10/11 (intermediate) and Linux Ubuntu (basic) operating systems; * Microsoft Office suite (intermediate); * Assembly and maintenance (basic); * Networking (basic); * Antivirus software (basic); * **Work model: 100% on-site in Granja Julieta region – São Paulo** **Additional Information** **At our company, you’ll find a collaborative environment and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your growth, health, and quality of life.
