We are looking for a Junior QA Engineer to ensure the quality of our digital products, with strong involvement in automated testing, as well as regular manual and functional testing activities. We seek someone focused on delivery quality, attentive to detail, and possessing a product-oriented mindset. You will be an essential part of a multidisciplinary team, working side-by-side with developers, designers, and POs to ensure systems are consistent, stable, and deliver the best possible user experience. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the development team to understand technical and business requirements and translate them into effective test strategies. * Develop, maintain, and enhance automated tests, especially using tools based on TypeScript or JavaScript (e.g., Playwright, Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.). * Perform manual and functional testing whenever necessary, particularly for new workflows or sensitive validations. * Support the setup and maintenance of test environments and ensure QA processes are integrated into the continuous development workflow (CI/CD). * Identify, report, and track bugs, ensuring full traceability of issues until resolution. * Participate in technical reviews and support the definition of acceptance criteria and test scenarios from the early stages of the development cycle. * Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation to facilitate understanding of QA workflows and coverage by other team members. Requirements: * Practical experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on test automation. * Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript and frameworks such as Playwright, Jest, Mocha, Cypress, or similar. * Experience in manual testing and creation of functional test cases. * Experience with BDD (Behavior Driven Development), including writing and executing behavior-based tests. * Familiarity with continuous integration and automated test pipelines (GitHub Actions in our context). * Understanding of integration testing, regression testing, and staging environments. * Proactivity, quality mindset, good organization, and clear communication with other team members.
