Junior PCP Analyst

Description

This Junior PCP Analyst will focus on planning, controlling, and monitoring the production lines of the Payment Machine (POS) repair operation. Their main responsibilities will be supporting production scheduling, ensuring resource balancing, meeting deadlines, and providing support to operational areas. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor production planning and scheduling to ensure fulfillment of demand and established deadlines; * Monitor daily execution of production lines, tracking adherence to the production plan; * Control and update production plans, work orders, and operational reports; * Support handling of production deviations by proposing corrective actions together with operations; * Update and monitor production KPIs such as productivity, efficiency, backlog, and SLA compliance; * Assist in analyzing productive capacity and identifying constraints; * Support line balancing and resource allocation according to operational needs; * Collaborate with departments such as Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Operations to ensure efficient production flow; * Contribute to improvements in production planning and control processes; * Assist in organizing data and information for management and follow-up meetings. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Experience in PCP — Production Planning and Control; * Experience in production processes.
