Opportunity to grow, develop, and soar **About the Team:** * Development and support for commercial aviation wing manufacturing and assembly lines. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Developing and overseeing structural aircraft assembly processes; * Preparing manufacturing routings and identifying required resources and tooling for assembly processes; * Addressing non-conformities and providing sustaining support for structural assembly lines; * Identifying opportunities and leading improvement (Kaizen) projects using Lean Manufacturing principles; * Identifying and leading efficiency projects utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and programming logic. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To Meet This Challenge, You Must Have:** * Completed undergraduate degree (with diploma or official completion certificate) in Engineering; * Active CREA registration or documentation to obtain it; * Intermediate English proficiency for reading, writing, and speaking; * Experience in manufacturing processes for structural aircraft assembly; * Experience in Integrated Product Development (IPD); * Experience with CAD software (CATIA or similar); * Experience in technical documentation development and project execution; * Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and leadership of improvement projects; * Experience with quality tools for problem-solving; * Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence; * Knowledge of programming logic and programming languages including Python, VBA, JavaScript, HTML, and UX (user experience). **Additional Information** On-site work model in São José dos Campos / SP. **Benefits:** * Life Insurance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vaccination Benefit * Pharmacy Benefit * Wellhub * Multi-Benefit Card * On-site Cafeteria * PLR (Profit and Results Sharing) * Private Pension Plan * Cooperative * EMpower (internal training and development platform) Need support with the Gupy platform?
