Contact the client to obtain approval for negotiation authority levels, strictly adhering to established guidelines. Prepare case assessments under your responsibility, including procedural and negotiation-related information; * Follow defined strategies and apply approaches directed by managers, adjusting\-them as needed to achieve expected results. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Minimum of 6 months of prior experience in customer service, negotiation, or collections; basic knowledge of negotiation techniques, familiarity with CRM or collections systems, and foundational understanding of administrative routines are desirable; * Ability to negotiate effectively—communicating clearly, actively listening, and seeking solutions that meet both parties’ interests. Proficiency in using systems and Microsoft Office suite. Ability to schedule appointments and attend meetings.
