Job Summary: Design and maintain scalable systems, evolve the platform architecture, and operate in a continuously evolving environment with autonomy. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for growth in poorly defined scenarios. . **Responsibilities and Duties** * Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance systems, applying sound development practices; * Evolve the platform architecture by proposing simple, robust, and efficient solutions to complex problems; * Collaborate within a team formed through internal reorganization, currently in full structuring phase within the Display Platform area; * Work on the development and maintenance of critical applications supporting broadcast operations, including dynamic ad insertion systems, tools for inserting visual elements into pay-TV channels and streaming platforms, and other products within the display ecosystem; * Operate autonomously in a continuously evolving environment, treating poorly defined scenarios as opportunities for growth. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in front-end and back-end development using React, JavaScript and/or TypeScript, and Python, with openness to working with other technologies; * Dynamic profile, eager to learn and work across diverse tech stacks; * Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis), including query optimization and caching; * Experience with automated testing (unit and integration tests); * Hands-on experience with CI/CD practices using tools such as GitLab and GitHub Actions; * Excellent analytical ability, clear communication, and collaboration within agile, multidisciplinary teams. * Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Pub/Sub); * Practical experience with public cloud, preferably GCP; * Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker and Kubernetes); * Experience with monitoring and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK or similar); * Knowledge of software engineering processes and practices focused on performance, scalability, and efficient resource utilization. **Bonus:** * Experience with Golang; Compass UOL is a global firm and part of the AI Revolution Company, together transforming organizations using Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and other of today’s most advanced technologies.
