### **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the technical viewpoint of the squad, responsible for managing technology processes and decisions, especially regarding infrastructure and technology architecture; * Act as the leader accountable for deliveries and OKR achievements within the Finance Tribe’s management ecosystem, ensuring developers are enabled to deliver backlog initiatives; * Responsible for budget monitoring; * Manage people by applying management techniques/tools to guide, mobilize, and develop the team through performance evaluations and feedback; * Assist developers, if necessary, in distributing technical tasks; * Remove impediments, make decisions primarily related to engineering topics, and ensure delivery quality in production; * Drive technical improvement initiatives and ensure continuous learning and development of organizational technologies; * Maintain a data-oriented mindset, influencing the squad to base analyses, decisions, and prioritizations on data and shared objectives. ### **Essential Requirements:** * Strong experience in Java and its ecosystem (Core Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Batch), with a focus on developing scalable, service-oriented applications. * Experience with public (GCP) and private cloud environments; * Experience with agile methodology and metrics-driven management; * Experience in people management and budget control; * Knowledge of data platform engineering; * Familiarity with best practices in data governance and data quality (GCP Platform); * Knowledge of generative AI agentification, use of LLMs, and architectures such as RAG, plus strong proficiency in Python backend and frontend, and API development. * Hands-on experience with AI ecosystem frameworks (Vertex AI, OpenAI, LangChain), and experience building interactive applications using Streamlit, Gradio, or modern web frameworks for conversational agent interfaces. * Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo — 3 days/week (near CPTM Morumbi station); We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
