Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Intern to support the company in formatting, configuring, maintaining, and providing technical support for systems and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. To continue enhancing business and individual success, we are looking for a professional to join us as an **IT Intern**. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Support in computer formatting and configuration; * Hardware maintenance support (diagnosis and component replacement when necessary); * Assistance in software management and installation; * End-user assistance and support, both on-site and remote; * Support in organizing and managing IT equipment. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Currently enrolled in a Technical IT program, a Bachelor’s degree program in Information Security, or related fields. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * Employment Type: Internship; * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6-hour workday. * Employment Regime: On-site in Americana, São Paulo. **BENEFITS** * Sodexo Meal or Food Voucher: To accommodate diverse employee needs, we offer two options aligned with your personal circumstances. * Transportation Voucher: Provided to employees requiring public transportation.
