This position supports the IT team, contributing to the efficiency, standardization, and compliance of IT processes, with a focus on mapping, automation, and governance.

This position is responsible for supporting the IT team, contributing to the efficiency, standardization, and compliance of IT processes.
* Support mapping, automation of operational routines, and IT reporting across IT and other departments.
* Assist in automating operational routines (scripts, workflows, RPA or low\-code solutions).
* Support IT governance, controls, and compliance activities.
* Update metrics, reports, and dashboards.
* Support maintenance of technical documentation and procedures.
* Collaborate with service delivery, infrastructure, and IT BP teams.
**Key Responsibilities and Activities**
* Support mapping, documentation, and standardization of IT processes and procedures.
* Assist in developing and maintaining simple automations (Power Apps, scripts, workflows, low\-code or RPA solutions).
* Support IT governance activities, such as control tracking, compliance monitoring, and process reviews.
* Assist in preparing, updating, and automating reports, KPIs, and dashboards related to IT operations and governance.
* Support access management, inventory tracking, and operational controls when required.
* Maintain updated documentation, manuals, and process repositories.
* Collaborate with service delivery, infrastructure, and IT BP teams to support automation and governance initiatives.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives related to all processes (Supply Chain, Sales, CCM, HR, Legal, and Finance), tools, and ways of working.
**Key Stakeholders**
This role collaborates with various IT teams and stakeholders, supporting governance and automation initiatives while learning to balance operational needs and compliance requirements.

**Required Experience**
* No prior professional experience required.
* Academic experience, internships, or projects related to IT, Power Platform, automation, process improvement, or governance are considered advantageous.
**Education / Professional Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related IT fields currently in progress.
**Knowledge/Skills**
**Functional:**
* Solid understanding of IT processes and operations.
* Interest in process automation, IT governance, and compliance.
* Ability to work with documentation, controls, and structured processes.
* Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
* Willingness to learn and develop technical and governance skills.
**Technical:**
Strong knowledge of programming logic and scripting. Prior experience with VBA is an advantage.
* Strong knowledge of Excel (formulas, tables, analysis).
* Strong knowledge of automation tools (Power Automate, scripts, RPA, low\-code platforms).
* Familiarity with documentation tools (Word, SharePoint or similar).
**Other:**
* English language proficiency is an advantage.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
* Curiosity and proactive mindset toward continuous improvement.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
