More than 14,000 employees in 20 countries want to change the world together with you. **IT Business Application Management** ====================================== Location: Nis What are your main tasks? * Collaborate with the whole teams to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions. * Work with business process owners to analyze and solve business problems. Works on complex and high\-impact issues. * Understands business objectives and problems, identifies alternative solutions, performs feasibility studies, cost/benefit analysis and suggests the best course of action. * Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet business needs while ensuring best practices and system optimization. * Provide end\-to\-end support for SAP FICO applications, including troubleshooting, resolving issues, and conducting regular system maintenance. * Perform system testing, documentation, and user training to ensure smooth implementation and user adoption. Other tasks assigned by superior. * What are your qualifications? * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. * 7\+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, including implementation, configuration, and support. * Strong process awareness and business analysis skills. Ability to communicate both in technical terms and in business terms * Exceptional project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. * Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English.
