We believe these values shape not only how we conduct business but also how we interact with our employees, clients, and partners. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Create, modify, and delete user accounts (Active Directory / Microsoft 365); * Install and configure computers, laptops, and peripherals; * Provide support for Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 suite; * Handle N1 and N2 technical support tickets; * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues; * Assist in network infrastructure administration (Wi-Fi, printers, access controls, etc.); * Manage and maintain IT asset inventory; * Log and track support tickets in the service desk system; * Assist in corporate system installation and maintenance; * Provide remote and on-site user support; * Support preventive maintenance routines and equipment updates; **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements: * Experience in N1/N2 technical support; * Proficiency with Windows 10/11; * Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365; * Experience installing and maintaining computers; * Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, file sharing); We invite you to join a dynamic and talented team where you can develop your skills and advance professionally.
