




Job Summary: Junior IT Analyst to provide employee support, resolve issues, maintain equipment, and contribute to the team’s knowledge base. Key Highlights: 1. In this role, you will: Respond to Help Desk requests, providing internal employee support for IT-related systems and/or equipment; Resolve issues and provide immediate solutions; conduct additional research as needed to solve problems. Perform root cause analysis and develop checklists for common issues. Implement procedures and controls to prevent problems. Set clear and reasonable expectations regarding resolution and timelines. Escalate issues to others as required; Ship and receive IT-related equipment. Perform computer formatting and configuration; Share problem resolutions and unique case details with other team members to enrich the knowledge base. Contribute to updated IT policies and procedures as needed; **What You Need to Succeed:** Advanced English proficiency, availability to work in the Berrini and Barueri regions, prior experience in this role. 100% On-site Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology Why IDEXX?
