Our focus is on strength training, with a full range of specialized equipment for each exercise. * Job Objective: The intern will be responsible for supporting the gym’s administrative and operational activities, contributing to the space’s effective operation. This role is essential to ensure customers enjoy a pleasant experience during their visits and to support the promotion of healthy habits within the community. * Responsibilities: * Assists in customer reception, providing information about gym services and guidance on equipment usage. * Supports environmental organization, ensuring areas are clean and equipment is available and in good condition. * Collaborates with the team in developing informative and promotional materials about the gym’s activities and programs. * Participates in customer service, recording feedback and suggestions for service improvement. * Interacts with other team members to ensure effective communication and alignment of daily activities. * Qualifications: * Practical knowledge of customer service and physical activity practices. * Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work in a team and interact with diverse customer profiles. * Basic computer literacy, especially in office tools such as spreadsheets and text editors. * Educational Qualifications: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education. * Professional Experience: Prior customer service experience or experience in service-oriented environments—such as internships or volunteer work in gyms or related sector companies—is a plus. **Location****Contract Model****Work Model** Osório, RS, BR Internship On-site
