Review open tickets in the system and ensure responses are provided within the defined SLA. Monitor the group's financial pending items (e.g., protests), engaging responsible departments for payment processing. **Requirements and Qualifications** No prior experience or specific knowledge in the field is required. You must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration, Economics, or Accounting Sciences.
