The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Occupational Safety) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including: dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days after graduation). Technical Course in Occupational Safety or qualification as an Occupational Safety Engineer. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Copy of valid Diploma/Certificate for the course. At least one of the following courses on Regulatory Standards (NR) or Machinery Operation: NR10, NR20, NR33, NR35, or Forklift Operator, Backhoe Loader Operator, or Front-end Loader Operator. Proven professional experience in training activities, courses related to occupational safety, and occupational safety standards. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of service performed, and description of activities carried out; b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Record (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, explicitly showing relation to the target position (only if CTPS registration uses nomenclature correlating to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed in the services rendered, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience.
