If you are a professional passionate about understanding customer needs, enjoy teamwork, constantly seek growth, and possess forward-thinking vision—thinking outside the box—this is your opportunity! **Responsibilities and Duties:** * **Technical Support:** On-site assistance to resolve hardware and software issues. * **Asset Management:** Install, relocate, and physically organize computers (desktops and laptops). * **Peripheral Configuration:** Install, configure network mapping, and perform preventive/corrective maintenance on printers and multifunction devices. * **Microcomputer Maintenance:** Identify faults, replace basic components, and perform internal equipment cleaning. * **Documentation:** Log service requests and update hardware inventory records according to project guidelines. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * **Education:** Completed or ongoing Technical Course in Information Technology, or vocational training in hardware. * **Technical Experience:** Knowledge of computer architecture (assembly and maintenance) and driver installation. * **Systems and Networks:** Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP and printer connectivity). * **Behavioral Profile:** Organization, proactivity in handling short-term demands, and strong communication skills for end-user support.
