ERP customization development (SQL, reports, ADVPL/Protheus) The company seeks an Information Technology Analyst in Campo Bom. **Responsibilities:** Respond to and resolve incidents related to ERP, systems, networks, and infrastructure. Administer IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and strategic indicators. Participate in system integrations. Support the implementation of new IT projects. Develop ERP customizations (SQL queries, reports, ADVPL/Protheus adjustments). Develop and optimize administrative and industrial processes using technology. Previous experience as a Systems Analyst, Technical Support Analyst, Network Analyst, or Information Security Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
