Development of IT and networking skills * The Information Technology (IT) intern will be responsible for tasks such as tracking maintenance tickets, providing technical support to users, and resolving issues related to IT infrastructure (networks, servers, operating systems, etc.). Assist in organizing documentation for processes and network structures managed by the department. * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; maintenance and upkeep of computer equipment; basic programming language knowledge; database knowledge; familiarity with Windows Server and networking is a plus; basic programming language knowledge (JavaScript, Python, and SQL — a plus). * Must currently be enrolled in: Bachelor's degree program in Information Technology, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields (from the 1st semester onward); Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 24 months Compensation: R$1\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you reside in Guarulhos\-SP?
