Join us to **INSPIRE**! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze job data requested by IEL’s clients and partners, identifying required profiles, qualifications, and skills for the selection process; refine candidate profiles as needed; * Interact with IEL’s clients and partners, establishing smooth relationships to meet their needs and align demands with market realities; * Proactively prospect candidates to optimize time and quality in selection processes; * Disseminate job opportunities via internal and external communication channels to increase visibility and attract candidates; * Promote internship opportunities to educational institutions to build/maintain an intern database; * Conduct personnel selection using appropriate techniques and prepare professional profile assessments, aiming to select the candidate best aligned with the client/partner’s needs; * Provide feedback to candidates who pass or fail each selection stage, along with any other necessary clarifications; * Prepare selection process reports and metrics for monitoring and managerial decision-making; * Stay updated on legislation, regulations, and policies relevant to the field; * Deliver lectures on professional profiles, labor market trends, interview behavior, and related topics when required; * Advise and clarify matters for clients/partners within the scope of expertise, prioritizing client satisfaction; * Implement initiatives to strengthen IEL’s relationships with educational institutions; * Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction, as well as safety and well-being for clients and colleagues in the area of responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources Technology; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; **PREFERRED:** * Experience conducting selection processes; * Knowledge of interview assessment reports; * Experience in collecting and analyzing metrics. **Additional Information** Recognized by the GPTW (Great Place to Work) seal as one of the best companies to work for in Espírito Santo, we also offer: **POSITION DETAILS:** * Salary: R$ 4\.997,41 * Contract: Fixed-term (maternity leave coverage) * Working hours: 40 hours per week * Working schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **BENEFITS:** * Meal allowance: R$ 1\.060,00 (Ifood or Comprocard); * Unimed health plan (extendable to dependents); * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Total Pass and Wellhub (apps granting access to gyms, studios, and physical activities); * Starbem (wellness app offering medical, psychological, and other wellbeing services); * Childcare allowance: R$ 344,29 (available for children aged 4 months to 2 years and 11 months); * Allowance for child with disability: R$ 662,15; * Discounts on SESI/SENAI services (education, culture, leisure); * Affetic Baby: supporting caregivers — we offer assistance to our employees from pregnancy through the baby’s first months; * Profit-Sharing Program (subject to achievement of targets); * Performance evaluation and feedback culture; * Partnerships with educational institutions (tuition discounts); * Corporate Education Platform for continuous learning. **FOR YOU** Who believes in the power of opportunity to transform lives. **FOR INDUSTRY** That seeks greater competitiveness to accelerate business growth. **FOR ESPÍRITO SANTO** That believes development is the path to a better future. **Transform lives and accelerate businesses to develop Espírito Santo** \- This is the purpose that drives us every day!
