(Submission deadline: within 10 days from the offboarding date); * Track and follow up on receipt of signed documentation. **Demobilization – End of Project:** * Send contract termination notification to professionals via e\-mail; record the offboarding in the EC system; * Prepare the offboarding kit containing all required documentation; * Send documentation via the Electronic Signature Portal.
