Job Summary: The Analyst will join the Human Development team and be responsible for implementing and delivering training programs, ensuring alignment with the Institution’s strategic objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for implementing and delivering training programs. 2. Conducting training needs analysis and capacity-building planning. 3. Collaborating with subject-matter experts to ensure technical and pedagogical quality. The Analyst will join the Human Development team and be responsible for implementing and delivering training programs, both in-person and online. They will conduct training needs analysis, plan and execute capacity-building initiatives, ensuring alignment with the Institution’s strategic objectives. They will also monitor performance indicators and prepare analytical reports to support continuous employee development. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Activities for this position:** * Support the creation and development of learning solutions for both Distance Education (EAD) and in-person modalities; * Perform content curation; * Plan educational initiatives focused on andragogy; * Collaborate with internal and external experts to ensure technical and pedagogical quality of content; * Monitor the implementation of new teaching methodologies in EAD and in-person training; * Design learning pathways tailored to different experience levels and functional areas of employees, promoting continuous and effective development; * Monitor the registration and updating of educational materials in the Learning Management System (LMS); * Collaborate with other INEC departments to understand specific training and development needs; * Prepare reports on the progress and impact of training initiatives, present findings to management, and propose improvements. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Human Resources, People Management, or related fields. **Required Knowledge:** Proficiency in in-person and distance teaching methodologies; Development of corporate training programs; Teaching methodologies and educational technologies; Learning Management System (LMS); Management reporting; Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint – advanced level); Strong oral and written communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** Postgraduate degree in a related field; Training in Instructional Design/Learning; Project Management. **Additional Information** **Base Salary:** R$ 6.529,93; Working Hours: Monday to Friday (08:30–17:30). **Benefits of Working at INEC:** Professional development and capacity-building program; Medical and dental plans; Emotional well-being program; Private pension plan; Meal allowance and Basic Food Basket allowance: R$ 1.496,46; Wellhub; Childcare reimbursement; Life insurance.
