Prospecting new markets and partnerships **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsibilities: Assist international customers by informing them about changes, product launches, and any other brand or product updates; Perform other duties related to the position as determined by immediate supervision; Enter orders received via email and verify them with customers; Forward orders to production; Issue customer invoices; Prepare shipping documentation for classified cargo; Prepare Certificates of Origin; Send documentation to customers; Maintain work equipment and tools in perfect condition and cleanliness, including keeping the workplace organized; Keep customers updated on pricing and periodically verify price updates with management; Negotiate payment terms and order details with customers; Prospect importation of raw materials; Prospect new markets and partnerships; Provide quotations and arrange logistics for order shipments; Prepare all final shipping documentation and send documentation to customers. **REQUIREMENTS:** Requirements: Minimum 6 months of proven experience in this role; Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in International Trade, International Relations, Economics, or related fields; Fluent Spanish and basic English **WORK SCHEDULE:** Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour daily break. **BENEFITS:** Benefits: Transportation allowance, meal voucher worth R$ 22.00.
