This professional will be responsible for ensuring the quality of outreach efforts, the efficiency of processes, and the consistent generation of qualified opportunities for the sales team. If you thrive on challenges, don’t resonate with “complaining”, have an analytical profile, enjoy aggressive goals, and want to grow alongside a rapidly expanding company, this opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead, develop, and scale the SDR team, ensuring high individual and collective performance; * Structure and optimize **active and inbound prospecting processes**, ensuring quality and predictability in opportunity generation; * Define, track, and analyze **KPIs and team goals** (conversion rates, contact volume, SQLs, SLA, productivity); * Create and refine **sales scripts, cadences, and outreach approaches**, ensuring alignment with the company’s positioning; * Conduct training, onboarding, continuous feedback, and individual development plans (IDPs); * Collaborate strategically with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure alignment across leads, messaging, and funnel; * Ensure proper use of the **CRM**, monitoring data, reports, and pipeline predictability; * Identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and implement actions to increase performance and efficiency; * Keep the team engaged, fostering a culture of **ownership, accountability, and results focus**. We seek a proactive professional focused on results and possessing a strong **“owner’s mindset”**. The ideal candidate has experience in sales or roles requiring direct customer interaction, along with strong communication skills and resilience to handle “no’s” constructively. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience in **pre-sales (SDR/BDR)**, preferably within **Digital Marketing, B2B Sales, or high-ticket service companies**; * Prior experience in an **SDR leadership or coordination role**, with responsibility for goals, performance, and team development; * A track record of **structuring and scaling SDR teams**, including defining processes, scripts, cadences, and playbooks; * Experience with **active prospecting and inbound lead management**, across multiple channels (phone, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn); * Strong expertise in **metrics-driven management (KPIs)** and data analysis for decision-making; * Proficiency in **CRM platforms** (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or similar); * Experience integrating and aligning with **Sales and Marketing teams**; * Hands-on experience with **training, onboarding, feedback delivery, and IDPs**; * Ability to operate effectively in **high-performance environments with aggressive targets and fast-paced rhythms**. **Additional Information** * **Employment Type:** PJ (Individual Entrepreneur / Legal Entity) * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, on-site. * **Compensation:** Fixed monthly salary, plus an aggressive variable compensation plan! * **Annual Bonus:** Potential bonus equivalent to more than one additional month’s salary, based on overall company goal achievement. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Opportunity to work at a growing company offering professional learning and development.
