




Description: * Proven experience in pre-sales (SDR/BDR), preferably within Digital Marketing companies, B2B sales organizations, or high-ticket service providers; * Prior experience in a leadership or coordination role for SDR teams, with accountability for targets, performance, and team development; * Track record of building and scaling SDR teams, including defining processes, scripts, cadences, and playbooks; * Experience in both active prospecting and inbound lead handling across multiple channels (phone, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn); * Strong expertise in metrics-driven management (KPIs) and data analysis to support decision-making; * Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar); * Experience integrating and aligning with Sales and Marketing teams; * Hands-on experience delivering training, onboarding, feedback, and individual development plans (IDPs); * Ability to thrive in high-performance environments characterized by aggressive targets and fast-paced execution. * Lead, develop, and scale the SDR team, ensuring high individual and collective performance; * Design and optimize active and inbound prospecting processes, ensuring quality and predictability in opportunity generation; * Define, monitor, and analyze team KPIs and goals (conversion rates, contact volume, SQLs, SLA adherence, productivity); * Create and refine sales scripts, outreach cadences, and commercial approaches, ensuring alignment with company positioning; * Conduct training sessions, onboarding, ongoing feedback, and individual development plans (IDPs); * Collaborate strategically with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure alignment across leads, messaging, and sales funnel; * Ensure proper CRM usage, monitoring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and pipeline predictability; * Identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and implement actions to enhance performance and efficiency; * Maintain team engagement through a culture of ownership, accountability, and results orientation.
