




**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** . **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Service provider – legal entity * Serve as the primary interface between the company’s operational workflows and the operational system development team. * Analyze, optimize, and redesign operational processes to enhance efficiency, safety, and compliance. * Detail and document critical processes to ensure clarity and standardization. * Ensure accurate input and representation of operational processes into the system for monitoring and control by the Management Center. * Monitor the development of new system functionalities and enhancements, ensuring alignment with operational requirements. * Maintain direct and strategic communication with Sete Serviços—the system owner—to support continuous alignment and evolution. * Lead and guide a support analyst to ensure excellence in executing departmental activities. * Travel to various locations for process assessment, detailing, and implementation. **Requirements:** Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, IT, or related fields; * Minimum six months of operational experience at an airline and familiarity with the aviation sector, preferably in ramp operations and/or airport security; * Knowledge of process management and optimization.
