Collaborative environment with direct access to end users **Mid-level Full-Stack Developer** JavaScript + SQL | Telemedicine and Medical Imaging We are looking for a professional to work as a Mid-level Full-Stack Developer (JavaScript + SQL) on telemedicine and medical imaging projects. * Location: Guaratinguetá-SP and surrounding areas. * Format: Hybrid (remote + in-office). * Employment type: CLT, full-time. Someone who loves technology and innovation, and enjoys building a tool used daily by physicians, where every second of agility matters. ***Requirements*** **Education and Profile** * Residency in the Guaratinguetá-SP region (Guará / Lorena / Aparecida). * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in IT, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related fields. * Intermediate English — fluent reading of technical documentation is essential, as all API documentation we use is in English. * 2–4 years of web development experience. * Self-directed learning ability: demonstrated capacity to study new documentation and deliver functional results without relying on ready-made tutorials. **Technical — Required** * Modern JavaScript (ES6+), with proficiency in asynchronous programming (async/await, Promises). * SQL and MySQL: queries, joins, indexes, and basic optimization concepts. * Development and consumption of REST APIs. * Version control with Git. * Software documentation and process mapping. * Agile methodologies. * MS Excel / Google Sheets. **Technical — Desired (non-eliminatory)** * WebSockets or other real-time communication technologies. * Browser media APIs: getUserMedia, MediaRecorder, Web Audio API. * Integration with cloud-based speech recognition services (e.g., Google Cloud Speech-to-Text, Deepgram, or similar). * Rich text editors in the browser (e.g., Quill, TipTap, ProseMirror, or contenteditable). * TypeScript. * Google Cloud Platform (GCP) / Oracle Cloud. * Data security, encryption, and networking. **Differentiators** * Prior experience in healthcare with PACS/RIS systems. * Knowledge of the DICOM standard or DICOM libraries. * Familiarity with HL7 v2 or FHIR. * Experience with ICP-Brasil digital signatures (A1/A3 certificates). * Understanding of LGPD as applied to sensitive health data. **What We Offer** * Participation in an innovative healthcare project with direct impact on physicians’ daily work. * Genuine opportunity for technical growth in cutting-edge technologies. * Collaborative environment with direct access to end users to validate what you build. * Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. * CLT employment, full-time.
